Writing Prompt Site: Creative Copy Challenge

Introduction

Yesterday, while browsing my RSS feeds in Google Reader, I ran across the following post from the "collective inkwell" blog:

10 Words to Kickstart Your Creative Engine
http://collectiveinkwell.com/10-words-to-kickstart-your-creative-engine/.

Concept

I think the following quote from the post summarizes the concept:
The idea: one of extreme simplicity - post 10 words and let writers run with them to create short stories.

The site referenced is: http://www.creativecopychallenge.com. The following quote is from their About page:

What is this site?

The coolness of this site is its simplicity.
We create blog posts that contain 10 random words or phrases.
In the comment section, you create and submit a cohesive, creative short story tying all the words together.

My Contributions

The concept intrigued me, so I clicked on the link and submitted my contribution to challenge #7, then today submitted mine for challenge #8.

To see what I came up with check out my comments at:

Conclusion

I found this to be fun.  I also enjoyed reading what others came up with, so check them all out too.

If you do any creative writing, I encourage you to give it a try.

If you do give it a try, let me know what you think.
